DESCRIPTION:Open rehearsal. Since his triumph at the Van Cliburn Competition in 2022, Yunchan Lim has become a global piano phenomenon. Spotted early on by the Verbier Festival, he returns this year alongside his mentor, Minsoo Sohn, to perform Mozart's Concerto for Two Pianos. In the second half, Lahav Shani will conduct Bruckner's grandiose Symphony No. 7—certainly a favorite in his repertoire, as evidenced by his Warner recording of the work, already considered a benchmark by critics.
