The Backstage category comprises volunteers who work behind the scenes, in close proximity to artists and technical teams. Their dedication and attention to detail directly contribute to the quality of the concerts and the smooth running of the Festival, operating discreetly but at the heart of the action.

Salle des Combins Screen Broadcast Operator

Full festival commitment preferred

Screen broadcasting on the main stage is an essential element in enriching the experience of spectators at the Salle des Combins. This role involves ensuring that video broadcasts begin promptly before and after each concert, as well as during intermissions, thereby providing continuous visual storytelling to complement live performances. As a volunteer responsible for these broadcasts, it is crucial that you execute them on time to maintain the pace and fluidity of the Festival’s audiovisual presentation.

BENEFITS:You will be in direct contact with our technical team and will have the privilege of experiencing live performances. You will be at the heart of the action, able to attend concerts at the Salle des Combins and witness the results of your work aimed at enhancing the audience’s experience.

PROFILE:Ideal candidates for this position possess excellent IT knowledge, and are also punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a seamless audiovisual concert experience. Your technical acumen and enthusiasm for classical music will significantly contribute to the Festival’s atmosphere. A commitment for the entire duration of the Festival is highly valued and will be considered in the selection process.

Backstage Team: Artist Dressing Room Support

It is essential for artists to feel at home for a successful performance. As a member of the Backstage Team for artist dressing rooms, you are responsible for preparing the artist dressing rooms and ensuring all their needs are met with meticulous attention to detail. Your role is crucial in providing artists with a sanctuary where they can relax and focus before going on stage.

BENEFITS:This position offers the unique privilege of close contact with the international artists performing at the Festival. You will be part of a dynamic backstage community, contributing to the success of each performance through your direct support for the artists’ experience.

PROFILE:Ideal candidates are bilingual in French and English and demonstrate an excellent sense of customer service coupled with a discreet presence. You are characterized by your dynamism, versatility, and ability to adapt easily. Your friendly demeanor and ease in interacting with VIPs are natural, and your familiarity with the classical music scene will enable you to anticipate and meet artists’ needs with confidence and professionalism.
