Welcome Pack Team
Availability before the start of the festival is preferred
Creating a strong first impression is crucial at the Verbier Festival, and our Welcome Packs are a cornerstone of this. As a member of the Welcome Pack team, you will carefully assemble packages with thoughtfully selected materials for artists, journalists, and VIPs. You will ensure that each pack is complete with items tailored to each type of recipient, coordinate the logistics of distribution, and deliver these tokens of appreciation to various locations throughout the Festival.
This position requires your availability a few days before the Festival begins.
BENEFITS: This role places you at the heart of the Festival’s hospitality operations, working in a dynamic environment while building strong connections with the team. Your mornings will be structured but brief, leaving plenty of time to enjoy the Festival’s lively evenings.
PROFILE: You are quick, flexible, creative, and organized. Your commitment to this role will mainly be in the mornings, according to the hospitality manager’s schedule. You are adaptable, resourceful, and ready to engage with the Festival’s fast-paced rhythm. If you are skilled in cycling or driving and can navigate the Festival layout efficiently, your contribution may include ensuring the prompt and accurate delivery of Welcome Packs. Familiarity with the Verbier resort is an asset.
Volunteer F&B Assistant
As part of the Festival’s F&B (Food & Beverage) team, you will help prepare light refreshments for the public, support the smooth running of the VFJO canteen and assist with meal organisation for the Festival team as a whole. These catering moments are central to creating a warm, high-quality experience for artists, staff and festival-goers alike.
You will work closely with the kitchen and bar teams. Your responsibilities will be varied, and will include food handling, buffet preparation, setting up catering areas, tidying and cleaning, as well as preparing and serving meals for the Festival’s various teams. Through your involvement, you will play an active part in keeping F&B operations running smoothly.
BENEFITS: This role offers a behind-the-scenes look at the F&B operations of an international festival, within a dynamic and welcoming team. As most of your shifts will take place around the middle of the day, your evenings will be free to enjoy the concerts and the unique atmosphere of Verbier.
PROFILE: You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working as part of a team. You are organised, attentive to detail and have a genuine interest in food and meal preparation. Previous experience in a kitchen is a bonus, but not essential.
