Xiaowen Zhang

Xiaowen Zhang, born in 2007, is a violinist currently studying at the Affiliated High School of the Central Conservatory of Music, where she studies with Xie Haoming. She was admitted to the Primary School Affiliated to the Central Conservatory of Music in 2021 with a second-place entrance score. She received Second Prize in the Professional Category of the Crescendo International Music Competition in 2023 and First Prize in the Professional Junior Category of the 14th Hong Kong International Violin Competition in 2024. In 2025, she was admitted with a scholarship to the Heifetz International Music Institute and the Aspen Music Festival and School, and was shortlisted for the Violin Professional Group B of the Hengqin Mozart International Youth Music Competition.
