Alexandre Kantorow, Lucas Debargue
Two great French pianists: Alexandre Kantorow, born in 1997, is the youngest recipient of the prestigious Gilmore Artist Award (2024) and the first Frenchman to win the International Tchaikovsky Competition (2019); Lucas Debargue, born in 1990 in Compiègne, a star of the same competition in 2015, draws inspiration for his playing from literature, painting and jazz, and is recognised for his exceptional artistic integrity.
