Evgeny Kissin
Evgeny Kissin is one of the greatest pianists of his generation. Born in Moscow, he displayed exceptional talent from an early age and gained international renown at just 12 after performing Chopin’s two piano concertos with the Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra. A loyal Verbier Festival artist, where he has performed regularly for many years, he has left a lasting impression on audiences through recitals, orchestral concerts and exceptional musical encounters. Winner of more than thirty prestigious awards, he is also a composer, writer and poet.
