Many Friends make gifts of scholarships to Academy and Orchestra students, underwrite programmes, offer housing to Academy students, Festival musicians and members of staff, and host post-concert dinners. Many of these gifts are made in addition to general membership donations. These donations are acknowledged in the Festival’s printed official programme. All donations are acknowledged by membership category according to their cumulative value.
