The Information Agents category brings together volunteers who embody the face and voice of the Verbier Festival. Present in the heart of the resort and at the main Festival sites, they guide, advise, and inform the public to ensure every experience is smooth, warm, and memorable.
Information Agent
As an Information Agent, you are the Festival’s main communication relay. You will be the face of the Festival, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for attendees. Your role involves actively interacting with the public, sharing information about daily events, concerts, masterclasses, and the Festival’s diverse cultural and musical offerings. You provide advice, promotional materials, and information to visitors at various information points, ensuring every request is handled courteously. You are familiar with the Festival’s communication tools and channels to know where to find the necessary information. You will be strategically positioned in the bustling heart of the resort, as well as on the Esplanade of Salle des Combins and at the Festival ticket office.
