Support for the VFO Canteen Coordinator

The musicians of the Verbier Festival Orchestra have their lunch and dinner at the orchestra canteen. As a member of the volunteer orchestra team, you are there to ensure that lunch and dinner services run smoothly, providing a friendly and orderly atmosphere. Your responsibilities include managing the canteen space, guiding musicians regarding their instruments and placement, and maintaining a welcoming environment in the canteen.
BENEFITS:You will have privileged contact with the VFO team and musicians, and you will receive a meal at the end of your shift. Accommodation may be provided by the Festival.
PROFILE:You are perfectly bilingual in French and English, demonstrate initiative, and enjoy interacting with others. You will be requested for two-hour shifts during lunch and dinner (dinner is not served on VFO concert evenings), contributing your enthusiasm and organizational skills to each meal.
Commitment is essential, beginning well before the Festival starts and continuing without interruption until its conclusion.
Support for the École Comba Coordinator

Comba School is the main rehearsal venue for chamber music concerts, as well as for the Verbier Festival Orchestra and the Verbier Festival Chamber Orchestra. You will assist the school coordinator with various tasks such as monitoring the school entrance, helping artists navigate the building, managing the café area, assisting with recycling, and with the opening and closing of the building.
BENEFITS: As a cornerstone of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the pace of operations, while enjoying the inspiring presence of world-renowned musicians.
PROFILE:With proficiency in English and French, you will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your initiative will be evident as you manage various tasks alongside the École Comba coordinator, ensuring the smooth operation of the space.
