Artist training lies at the heart of the Verbier Festival’s mission. Through its Academy and Orchestra Training programmes, the Festival identifies and nurtures exceptional young artists, giving them the opportunity to refine their craft, develop their artistic identity and learn from some of the greatest musicians of our time.
For more than 30 years, this mission has helped nurture the Verbier Generation: an international community of artists whose connection with the Festival often extends far beyond their years of training.

Support the training of exceptional young artists. Each CHF 3,500 scholarship covers a quarter of the cost of training one Academy or Orchestra Training participant and directly helps make these intensive training programmes possible.
