New VF Gold Album – Yuri Temirkanov conducts Tchaikovsky

A legendary figure at the Verbier Festival since 1994, Yuri Temirkanov was not only one of its most devoted conductors but also a guiding presence for generations of young musicians. Former assistant to Evgeny Mravinsky, Yuri Temirkanov is one of the main representatives of Russian music.
