Last year, Martha Argerich and Mischa Maisky celebrated their fiftieth anniversary of performing together on stage in Verbier. Ever-loyal fixtures of the Festival, they reunite with the magnificent Janine Jansen for a chamber music program not to be missed.

The second concert conducted by the fascinating Simon Rattle, this time leading the Verbier Festival Chamber Orchestra, featuring one of his favorite repertoires, Bartók, with Bluebeard’s Castle. A powerful and magnificent work performed by two outstanding singers: Magdalena Kožená and Gerald Finley.

The Verbier Festival Chamber Orchestra celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, surrounded by some of its dearest musical friends: Martha Argerich, Lahav Shani, VFCO Music Director Gábor Takács-Nagy and friends.
